Even though what may have happened to you along the way is not your fault, healing from it is 100% your responsibility. The good news is that we aren’t supposed to do it alone, and I strongly suggest not even trying. We are hardwired for connection and thrive when we are part of a community.
So, what does “doing your work” look like? Well, it can be messy and gross, and hard, but I promise it is worth it. On the other side is a healthier, more compassionate, and lighter YOU! It is freedom from old narratives and trauma, it is letting go of things that no longer serve you.
When we “do our work” everyone reaps the benefits, our partners, our families, our friends, our children, & our community. It’s hands down a ripple effect. Perhaps, I can offer a session, a workshop, a course, or a piece of writing that may serve as a lighthouse along your journey. You are your greatest investment.
