About Aruma

Aruma will always be its own living and breathing organism. It has grown, shifted, and evolved with an unwavering presence, that I believe only those who have had the opportunity to work with or within can truly appreciate. It is an Australian Indigenous word for Happy, and it lives up to its name.

Since 2021, Aruma has been running as A Mental & Emotional Health Collective, offering support to individuals, families, couples, and groups either in person or virtually, through a compassionate team of accredited counsellors, psychotherapists, and coaches. Our belief is that our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being is as equally important as our physical health, and it is our responsibility to tend to it.

You can find us in the beautiful town of Perth, ON, and if we are a little too far out of reach for you, we offer all of our services virtually as well.

Aruma will begin to offer workshops and events again in the near future. Stay Tuned!
